If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re truly sorry — and we’ll make it right. Please contact us at contact@mykelou.com within 7 days of delivery, and include a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll quickly review the situation and send you a replacement or a full refund.

Kelou designs are created in Canada by parents, for families. Our products are responsibly manufactured in certified facilities overseas that share our values.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your unused item within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Simply email us at contact@mykelou.com
to receive your free return label.
We don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original item and place a new order.
