All Kelou products come with a 1-year quality guarantee.

Bags

If you experience an issue with these components within one year of purchase, we will inspect the product and replace your product at no cost.

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • cosmetic damage
  • excessive weight or overloading
  • failure to follow care instructions
  • product alterations, customization, repairs, or modifications made by the customer or any unauthorized third party

Food containers

If you experience an issue within one year of purchase, we will inspect and replace your product at no cost.

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • staining, odors, or cosmetic changes
  • damage resulting from misuse or improper handling
  • failure to follow care instructions
  • product alterations, customization, repairs, or modifications
  • loss of product parts

All warranty claims must be submitted within 14 days of the issue being noticed. Proof of purchase from Kelou or an authorized retailer is required for all claims. Depending on the nature of the issue, customers may be asked to provide clear photos/videos of the product and defect, or to return the product for inspection before a decision is made.
Kelou reserves the right to inspect, repair, replace, or deny any claim at its sole discretion if the product does not meet the conditions of this limited warranty.
